Q: How much does Post and Package cost

A: This various on weight and or content. We use Royal Mail 1st class, Royal Mail Special delivery and Overnight DHL. They all have to be quoted at the time as we can never tell from one job to the next. However, we do try to keep the cost as low as we can and only charge what it actually costs us.

Q: In what format do you require my artwork

A: For spot colours we need ideally Coral Draw or Illustrator (10 or earlier) For full colour prints (CMYK) jpeg, tiff, photoshop etc.

Q: What is a spot colour

A: This is a specific colour used from the range we have which is quite considerable. This includes basic Red Blue Green Yellow etc with variations on quite a lot of them.

Q: What is CMYK

A: This is the printing method which makes up a full colour image, ie Photograph, tonal Images etc

Q: How often can a repositional self adhesive sticker be moved.

A: This depends on the surface and cleanliness of the surface but about the same amount of time as you would expect from self cling

Q: How long does the colour last

A: Approx 3 to 5 years exterior life

Q: Can the stickers be used outside

A: Yes

Q: Does the surface the sticker is going onto require any special preparation

A: Nothing special, just make sure it is clean and dry ,free from grease or polish by wiping with metholated spirit or isopropal alcohol

Q: Will the stickers stay on in water.

A: Yes, just follow the cleaning preparation as listed above

Q: How are the stickers presented

A: Generally in sheets, packed flat or in a roll (which is 300mm wide). If individual cutting is required a small extra cost will be made. The cost of this depends on how many need cutting. Please ask at time of enquiry

Q: Can you produce sequential numbers

A: Yes

Q: Can you cut stickers in different shapes

A: Yes. There is no extra charge for this unless the shape is extremely complex

Q: Is there a set up charge

A: Not if your original is good enough but if it has to be seriously modified or re-drawn then we have to make a charge which we can quote you on site of the job

Q: Do you have a catalogue

A: No. All our services are listed on our Website but if you need samples either of work we have done or the job we are about to undertake for you we will be happy to oblige

A: If you become a regular customer we can discuss opening an account with you. Otherwise we take most credit cards
